Business Evolution Workshops
Rento Associates offers workshops to introduce the business development thinking process in an intensive fast-paced setting with peers. Our workshops are offered at two different levels.
Level 1 is an introductory workshop tailored for the entrepreneur looking to grow the business to the next level. The workshop focuses on recommended dashboard reporting and less complicated business model examples.
Level 2 is designed for operations managers, controllers and accountants looking for team building skills, simplified Lean and Six-Sigma implementation and more complex business model scenarios.
Our goal is to mature each participant's business thought process and provide valuable networking contacts. Each workshop meets weekly for 90 minutes. Please e-mail us for a schedule.
