Educational Service Co. Requiring Management Restructuring
The owner of this newly acquired company offering electric power training courses quickly realized the former owner, identified as the CEO, also held the roll of VP of Sales and top sales revenue producer. The owner decided to take on the roll of VP of Sales to become more intimate with his new company. Without a qualified internal candidate, this left the position of CEO vacant.
Rento Associates was asked to fill the vacant roll until a suitable replacement could be found. Bob filled this position on a part-time basis with the goal of identifying the extent of the position and restructuring and training current management to absorb the majority of the responsibilities of the CEO position.
Although the educational training company has experienced 21% sales growth in the past 18 months, it currently operates with its original management team.
