After a brief period in chemical process engineering, Bob Rento spent 16 years working with domestic and international manufacturing companies, holding positions as President, CEO, CFO, and COO before founding a manufacturing company with locations in New York, Pennsylvania and the Dominican Republic.
Bob created Rento Associates in 2004 and applied his experience to partner with business owners in leadership roles across a broad range of industries, from technology firms to heavy manufacturing to engineering, hospitality and health services organizations with budgets ranging from start-up to $250 million.
